Vito has been in the real estate business for more than two decades. He has been responsible for managing, leasing, acquiring, and selling income-generating properties.
Many different projects have been under his management during his professional career, and each one has been successful thanks to his strong leadership, efficient coordination, and exceptional business acumen. The sale of commercial real estate has become a new venture for Vito Simone. “It’s a bigger step in my career,” Vito says. “I’m excited about the opportunity.”
In his role at Lee & Associates, Vito will be working on leasing, acquisition, and disposition assignments across the GTA and Southern Ontario marketplace, along with specializing in a territorial brokerage capacity in South Vaughan and North York submarket.
Vito studied Property Management at Humber College and is an IHM-certified and a fellow of the Ontario Association of Condominium Managers (RCM Certified). Sales, Management, and Leasing of Real Estate Investments are among his areas of expertise. The landlord and tenant communities value Vito’s expertise because of his track record of successfully negotiating new contracts. Many national and regional tenants, including Goodlife Fitness, Uniglobe Travel, Supper Works, Anytime Fitness, and Enterprise: Rent a Car, benefited from his efforts.
