Lee & Associates Toronto Appoints Azizali Kanjee As Broker Of Record

A Significant Addition to the Leadership of Lee & Associates Toronto!

Lee & Associates Toronto is pleased to announce the appointment of Azizali Kanjee as our new Broker of Record & Senior Vice President, further strengthening the firm’s leadership platform as it continues its growth across the Greater Toronto Area.

Aziz brings more than five decades of real estate experience to Lee & Associates Toronto, together with an extensive record of leadership in brokerage management, professional education and organized real estate in Canada and internationally.

Aziz has held leadership positions at virtually every level of the real estate profession. He is a past Director-at-Large and Commercial Director of the Ontario Real Estate Association (OREA), where he also served on its Executive Committee, and a past President of the Oakville-Milton and District Real Estate Board. He has additionally served as Chair of the Commercial Committee of the Canadian Real Estate Association.

His industry involvement extends well beyond Canada. Aziz has held senior leadership positions with FIABCI – The International Real Estate Federation, including President of the Americas Region and leadership of FIABCI-Canada. In 2025, he was awarded the FIABCI Medal of Honour in recognition of his contribution to the international real estate profession.

Education and mentorship have also been central to Aziz’s career. He served as an instructor with the former OREA Real Estate College and has taught internationally as a Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) instructor for the National Association of REALTORS in the United States. In 2022, he was recognized by NAR as a CIPS Instructor of the Year.

His professional designations include Fellow of the Real Estate Institute (FRI), Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS), Certified Business Counsellor (CBC), Real Estate Instructor (REI) and Accredited Mortgage Professional (AMP).
