LEE & ASSOCIATES TORONTO GRABS TOP HONOURS AT 2020 CENTRAL CANADA SIOR BROKER AWARDS

December 10, 2020 (TORONTO, ON, CANADA) – Lee & Associates, the largest broker-owned commercial real estate firm in North America, was honored by the announcement today that Lee & Associates Toronto President and Managing Partner Mark Cascagnette, SIOR was awarded Digital Innovator of the Year award, and Senior Vice President and Partner, Luis Almeida, SIOR took top honours for the prestigious Industrial Broker of the Year award.
On in its own, being awarded two of four awards at the annual SIOR broker awards is an exceptional accomplishment in Canada’s top commercial real estate marketplace, and is notably impressive given Lee & Associates’ Toronto office has only been in business since May 2019.

In 2020, Luis Almeida had completed several large notable transactions within the Greater Toronto Area, crisscrossing the enormous industrial asset class involving development land sales, leasing, and investment sales. He was top choice out of a top class of six formidable nominees, and at 35 years old has solidified himself as one of the top young industrial brokers in Toronto and across Canada.
