Rodrigo focuses on facilitating the purchase, sale, and leasing of industrial real estate and land properties across the Greater Toronto Area. Making the most of Lee's extensive network, Rodrigo guides clients through the intricacies of a challenging and competitive real estate landscape. This encompasses not only the local scene in the Greater Toronto Area, but also stretches across Canada. By adopting a transparent and consultative methodology, coupled with a comprehensive grasp of transactional intricacies, Rodrigo has consistently succeeded in delivering clients with the best possible real estate outcomes. Rodrigo is a graduate of Ryerson University where he obtained a Bachelor of Commerce Degree with a specialization in Real Estate. Throughout his career at Lee & Associates and the Industrial and Land platform, Rodrigo has recently completed transactions with notable clients such as FedEx Ground, Wilson’s Truck Lines, Highlight Motor Group, Day & Ross, Neatt Communities, Trailcon Leasing, Melrose Investments and more. Rodrigo has recently been included in the Lee & Associates Rising Stars program after being recognized as an emerging leader within the firm across all 75 offices in North America.
Rodrigo is a graduate of Ryerson University where he obtained a Bachelor of Commerce Degree with a specialization in Real Estate. Prior to joining Lee & Associates Toronto and during his time at Ryerson University, Rodrigo completed internships at Equitable Bank, Scotiabank and Sam McDadi Real Estate Brokerage allowing him to gain a well-rounded experience of the real estate industry.
