Kausi specializes in the land, industrial, and investment sales specialty practices, working with major corporate users, institutional investors, landlords, and developers. She manages the underwriting process for land, industrial, office, and retail asset classes for portfolio acquisition and dispositions. Beyond her core responsibilities, Kausi is deeply involved in industry organizations such as CCIM, Toronto CREW, and NAIOP. This engagement allows her to actively connect with key stakeholders in the market, leading initiatives and fostering opportunities for her clients and partners.
Kausi began her journey with Lee Toronto in 2019, joining the brokerage during its inception. Initially starting as an intern while in her second year of undergraduate studies, she quickly progressed within the company, achieving her Real Estate License along the way. Presently, Kausi serves as an Account Director, closely working with the Partners to oversee their portfolio of business and actively engage in securing new opportunities.
