About Owen

Owen Cascagnette is a Real Estate Coordinator at Lee & Associates Toronto. Owen is responsible for coordinating the Logistics & E-commerce Services Platform, Insolvency and Restructuring Services Platform, Cannabis Services Platform, and Television and Film Services Platform. Owen started with Lee & Associates Toronto in September of 2019 as an Intern Analyst and has since peaked a great interest for the commercial real estate industry. His knowledge of computer software, research techniques, and data mining abilities allow him to thoroughly enjoy and exceed with his work and with his team members.

Work Experience

Before starting at Lee and Associates, Owen was a Program Director for Planet Kids Summer Camps, enjoying his time outdoors planning activities, trips, and special events for his campers. Whilst working at Planet Kids, Owen maintained his responsibilities as a produce clerk at Metro, making orders, conducting price analysis, and providing high-end customer service. Having now over 2 years of commercial real estate experience, Owen focuses heavily on the logistics and E-commerce platform servicing tenants, landlords, owner occupiers and investors. He conducts day-to-day market overviews and analysis on the Greater Toronto Area, compiling data for new tenants and landlords, while keeping track of suitable properties that fit the characteristics to service logistics and E-commerce tenants.
