Kevin Irandoust is a valued member of the Lee Toronto Industrial sales team where he provides customized real estate solutions to investors and occupiers in the Greater Toronto Area through the acquisition, disposition, and leasing of industrial properties. Leveraging a background in research, analytics and risk analysis, Kevin works with his clients to understand their business and financial goals in the context of the current market environment to find a best-fit solution. This extensive background in research and analytics coupled with his enthusiasm to manage and develop client relationships allows him to provide exceptional service.
Prior to joining to joining Lee & Associates as a full-time Senior Associate, Kevin worked as a Research Analyst for an 18-month period, and then transiting into a full-time sales represented for a 12-month period at Cushman & Wakefield. During his time at Cushman & Wakefield Kevin was responsible for gathering key transaction information, building relationships with brokers & asset managers, preparing financial analysis and presentations, and managing multiple databases used for coordination of marketing initiatives through Salesforce CRM. Working with Senior Vice President Mark Cascagnette & Vice President Luis Almeida has provided Kevin with a vast understanding of real estate fundamentals, critical in successfully executing a wide range of transactions. This exposure has not only developed into a strong understanding of the GTA West industrial market, but also provided a competitive advantage and value-add for the team’s clients.
